Run the whole hauling day in one system.
Dispatch your trucks in the morning, capture tickets from the driver's phone as they run, close the week, and invoice — without re-keying a single load into a spreadsheet.
No card required. Accounts are reviewed by our team before access is enabled.
The paperwork is the bottleneck, not the trucking
Most hauling operations already know how to move material. What costs them is everything around it: tickets that arrive in a shoebox on Friday, load counts that don't match the customer's, and a closing week that eats two days.
Tickets stop piling up
Drivers photograph each scale ticket at the pit. The number, tons and date are read automatically, checked in the back office, and turned into a billable ticket the same day.
Dispatch stops living in texts
One board assigns trucks to jobs, materials and pits for the day. Drivers see their own dispatch in the app, and the board carries forward automatically overnight.
Closing stops being a project
Weekly closing gathers the loads that are actually complete, so driver pay and customer invoices come off the same set of numbers instead of two different ones.
Every part of the operation, in one place
Each area below is a module you can switch on or leave off. You pay for — and see — only what you use.
Move the work
Dispatch board
Daily truck-to-job assignment across multiple materials and pits, per-truck load counts, live status per truck, and an automatic nightly rollover that rebuilds tomorrow from today.
Jobs & quotes
Quote a job, set its dispatch defaults and PO number, and keep the full dispatch history against it. Billable and non-billable work stays separated.
Customers & consignees
Bill-to customers, ship-to consignees, per-customer contacts, dispatch-copy recipients, and tax profile pulled straight from QuickBooks.
Materials & pits
Your material catalogue and the loading points you draw from, with addresses, contacts and per-pit dispatch detail.
Sales orders & delivery tickets
Standing customer orders with a status lifecycle, credit-limit warnings, line items, and printable two-copy delivery tickets.
Partners
Link up with another company on the platform and dispatch work across to them, with each side controlling exactly what is shared.
Capture what happened
Ticket scanning
Camera capture with on-device image processing, automatic reading of ticket number, tons and date, and a back-office review queue where a person confirms every one before it counts.
Tickets
Approved scans become billable tickets against the right job, truck and driver — with follow-up flags for the ones that need a second look.
Fuel surcharge
FSC schedules with units and effective dates, applied to the loads that fall inside each period.
Get paid
Weekly closing
Close a week once and drive both sides from it. Future-dated tickets are held back automatically until their week comes round, so nothing gets paid or billed early.
Invoicing & QuickBooks
Group tickets into invoices and push them to QuickBooks Online over a proper OAuth connection, with per-record exclude flags for anything that shouldn't export.
Owner-operators
Broker rates, insurance and deduction tracking, and year-to-date accumulators for the trucks you don't own.
Run the business
Drivers
Licence, medical, drug test, clearinghouse, MVR and legal-status expiry all tracked in one place, plus vacation and days off. Invite drivers by link and let them upload their own documents.
Trucks & trailers
VIN, tag, registration, inspection and insurance expiry, trailer details, policy and agent contacts, and the accumulators that feed settlements.
Reports
Driver, truck, ticket and financial reports as PDF, Excel or CSV — the ones your office already asks for, without rebuilding them by hand.
Dashboard
Operational and financial KPIs on one screen, arranged the way each person wants them, with drill-downs into the underlying records.
Customer portal
Give your customers a login to see their own jobs, deliveries, ticket photos and invoices — instead of emailing them PDFs.
Roles & audit
Permissions per module and per action, a full change history on every record, login auditing, and a session list you can revoke a device from.
The scale ticket never has to be typed twice
A driver photographs the ticket where they're standing. The app pre-processes the image on the phone, reads the ticket number, tons and date, and sends it up with the load it belongs to.
- Works with no signal. Scans queue on the device and upload themselves when the phone gets back on the network.
- Nothing is trusted blindly. Every scan lands in a review queue, and one reviewer at a time claims each ticket so two people never approve the same one.
- Bad scans go back. Declining a ticket bounces it to the driver's phone with the reason, as an urgent notification they can act on from the same screen.
- Half-finished scans survive. Attachments persist on the device, so closing the app mid-load doesn't lose the work.
From pit to invoice
- Driver scans the ticket at the pit or the job site.
- Ticket number, tons and date are read automatically.
- Back office reviews, corrects and approves.
- An approved scan becomes a billable ticket on the job.
- Weekly closing picks it up for pay and for billing.
- It goes out on an invoice — and into QuickBooks.
Every step is recorded, so when a customer queries a load six weeks later you can show them the photo.
Built for a phone in a truck, not a desk
Drivers and owner-operators get a native iOS and Android app that does the few things they need, quickly, with gloves on.
Today's dispatch
Their trucks, jobs, materials and pits for the day — and nobody else's.
Scan a ticket
Camera capture per load, with the data reviewed before it's sent.
My scans
What they've sent today, and what's still outstanding, at a glance.
Notifications
Push and in-app alerts for new dispatches and tickets sent back.
Drivers sign in with your company code, so the same app serves every company on the platform without anyone seeing anyone else's work.
From signing up to dispatching
We're onboarding companies personally right now, so every account is reviewed by a human before it's switched on.
-
Create your account
Tell us who you are, your company and roughly how many trucks you run. It takes a minute, and there's no card involved.
-
We enable your access
We'll get in touch to understand your operation and decide which modules make sense, then enable your account.
-
Set up your workspace
You choose your address, pick your modules and create your administrator login. Your workspace is built while you watch.
-
Bring in your fleet
Load your trucks, customers and materials, then invite your drivers by link — they onboard themselves from their phones.
Pick the shape, we'll talk about the number
Plans are priced per truck, per month, and each tier includes everything below it. We're still validating pricing with the fleets we're onboarding, so we quote it in conversation rather than publishing a rate card we'd have to change.

Your data is yours, and it's separated
Isolated per company
Every company gets its own workspace on its own subdomain, and every record carries the company that owns it. Data isolation is enforced in the database layer, not by a filter someone can forget.
Permissions that mean something
Access is granted per module and per action — view, search, create and edit are separate. A driver's app login can't reach the back office, and a dispatcher can't open billing.
A real audit trail
Changes to operational records are versioned with who made them and when. Sign-ins are logged, and an administrator can see every active session and revoke a lost device.
Hosted on AWS
Run on managed AWS infrastructure with encrypted secrets storage, automated database migrations and a deployment pipeline that can roll back.
Your accounting stays yours
The QuickBooks connection is a standard OAuth authorisation you grant and can withdraw. We never ask for your accounting password.
Support inside the app
A help desk is built into the product, so raising an issue doesn't mean finding the right email address.
Frequently asked
Can I sign up and start using it right away?
Not quite yet. You can create your account immediately, but access is enabled by our team rather than automatically. We're onboarding companies personally at this stage so we can get your setup right, and because online payment isn't live yet. Once your access is enabled you build your own workspace in a few minutes, without waiting on us again.
How much does it cost?
Pricing is per truck, per month, with the plan tiers shown above. We're validating the exact numbers with the fleets we're onboarding now, so we'd rather quote you properly than publish a rate card that changes next month. Create an account or get in touch and we'll walk you through it.
Do I have to take every module?
No. Modules switch on and off per company, and you only see the ones you have. Plenty of operations start with dispatch and the driver app, then add scanning and billing once that's bedded in.
What happens to my data if I leave?
It's your data. Reports export to PDF, Excel and CSV at any time, and you can ask us for a full export of your company's records. If you close your account we delete your workspace and its data.
Will it work with QuickBooks?
QuickBooks Online, yes — customers and invoices sync both ways over an OAuth connection you authorise. QuickBooks Desktop is not supported directly, though the sales order and delivery ticket modules were built to replace the Desktop workflow.
Do drivers need training?
Very little. The app shows a driver their dispatch and lets them photograph a ticket; that's most of it. Drivers onboard themselves from an invitation link, uploading their own licence and medical documents from their phone.
What if I only run a handful of trucks?
That's who Starter is for. The system is designed so a small operation gets the dispatch board and the driver app without carrying the weight of modules it doesn't need.
Is there live GPS tracking?
Not yet. It's the feature we're building next, and it will arrive as the Fleet+ tier. Everything else described on this page ships today.
Ready to see your operation in one place?
Create your account and we'll get in touch to talk through your fleet, your customers and how you bill them.
